Many people confuse marijuana with industrial hemp. This plant generally contains little Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). THC is the psychoactive compound found in marijuana, and plants that contain less than 0.3% THC (dry weight) in their inflorescences are considered hemp products. Fibre hemp products do not influence forensic-toxicological drug tests which means our hemp products are safe.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can monitor your delivery. Please note that we use a tracking number for all EU countries except Luxembourg. This means that orders sent within Luxembourg will not receive tracking number.
We currently ship to all EU and EEA countries. Please find the full list below: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Unfortunately our postal service demands high price for shipping to UK and Ireland. Therefore we decided to offer a shipping at the cost of 11.99 EUR. Special conditions: we offer free shipping for all orders above 50 EUR.
Currently we always offer free shipping for Luxembourg. We offer free shipping for all other countries (EU and EEU) for orders above 30 EUR.
For Luxembourg there is no shipping fee (therefore no minimum order amount).
Shipping amount will be automatically adjusted in the basket. For any shipping that is below 30 EUR we ask the amount of 4,99 EUR. No matter the size and the weight of order. This is a good deal taken that e.g sending a tracked package from Luxembourg to Greece may cost a lot. The best option for you is however to qualify for free shipping (orders above 30 EUR).
We are not a big tea corporation and we do our best to satisfy our clients. If you want to make wise customer choices and contribute to a good cause you are in the right place.
Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 hours to process it for delivery. However please not processing of delivery is not taking place during the weekend. Example: Jon placed an order on Saturday morning. His order is processed the next available business day which is on Monday morning. Please consider this when calculating the time the package will take to arrive. Note: once the package is sent, you will receive a notification and the tracking number via email so that you can monitor your delivery.
Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below:

– France – 1 – 2 days
– other EU and EEA countries – 3 -5 days

If you’re not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you. You can always track the status of your package using the tracking number your received via email after placing an order.
If your package is lost or if you do not like the tea, we will not argue. We will simply refund you. If you have any questions just contact us and we will find a way to suggest you a better product. We care about your opinion so please send us your opinion and review of the products you bought in case you are not satisfied. That way we can improve our products and create new ones on demand.

It costs you nothing. Using credit card, PayPal or Amazon Pay adds no additional fees to your transaction. Your purchase incurs no transaction fee, no membership fee, no currency conversion fee, no foreign transaction fee, and no other fees. We are charging the payment always in EUR. If your credit card or PayPal account use another currency, you will be charged in EUR anyway but then your bank or PayPal will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
